Coed Youth Pop-Up Clinics

In collaboration with Light the Lamp Hockey School/Post 2 Post Goaltending, G4H will be hosting several "pop-up clinics" throughout the year, serving youth players of all genders.  Sessions will led by Girls 4 Hockey Head Coach Meghan Sweezey and Light the Lamp Hockey/Post2Post Goaltending Head Coach Leon Lifschutz and supported by both G4H and P2P/LTL staff.  Sessions may vary in topic, design, and areas of focus.  Specific information on each upcoming clinic, including any age or skill restrictions, can be found below.  More sessions will be posted as ice time becomes available.

Similar in program design to G4H's Comprehensive Skills program, this clinic welcomes players of any gender birth years 2010 - 2017. Players will be grouped by age and skill level for the majority of the clinic.

Hour 1 (8:40am - 9:40am), participants will work through skating-focused skill drills before being placed into small groups by age and skill level for station-based skill work incorporating those skating skills into puck-handling, shooting, etc. After an ice-make, Hour 2 (9:50am - 10:50am) will be spent applying the skills from Hour 1 in competitive drills and small area games with their age group/level.

Given the built-in break/ice make and length of this clinic, we recommend that you pack a water bottle and light snacks for your player in between sessions.

Note:  This is NOT a goaltender-specific clinic and goalies will not receive position-specific instruction.  However,  if goaltenders are interested in participating, a limited number of goalies can attend at a discount.  If you are a goalie interested in joining us, please contact us at so we can provide a discount and share what the session will look like.

G4H/LTL's next expected coed pop-up clinic:  Thursday, April 25th, 2024
8:40am - 10:50am - similar set-up.  Registration for this will be released in mid-late March.
