Anyone registering should fill out the form below.  Please note that we DO accept credit card. It will say "PayPal Checkout" but that is just our processor.  You will have the option to pay with credit, debit, or PayPal.  If you wish to pay with check or cash, please select "offline checkout" when submitting your form and we will be in touch to make arrangements for payment.
