ADULT WOMEN'S PROGRAMS
Our Adult Women's Programs welcomes female, female-identifying, and non-binary participants of all levels from beginner players/skaters to more experienced players ages 19+ who are looking to sharpen their skills. Players are grouped by skill level in all programs with instruction differentiated by level. Instruction will be differentiated with beginners spending more time on skating and hockey fundamentals and experienced participants honing their skills in faster-paced drills with game concepts added in.
The goal of the AWP is to provide opportunity for players of all levels to develop their skills and hockey sense in a fun and supportive environment.

Goalies welcome - But are should reach out to us before registering so we can ensure the availability of a G4H goalie coach on the dates you select. If there is not a goalie coach available on the dates you select, discounts may be available.

Equipment Requirements
For our skills program, we recommended that all participants have full equipment, especially more experienced players who will be doing faster-paced drills. However, beginner skaters just trying hockey may use less with the minimum being skates, helmet (cage recommended, but not required - can use a bike or ski helmet as needed), gloves and stick as our focus will be skating. As weeks progress, we recommend getting additional equipment. Play It Again Sports is a great resources as is Kevin Smiths. We are also happy to help try to find equipment to rent or borrow, please email us for details. We may be able to obtain rental skates from rinks with enough notice.
The majority of equipment is required for Small Games/3 v 3/Instructional Games programs regardless of level. Bare minimum, skates, gloves, helmet with cage, knee pads, elbow pads.
