Girls 4 Hockey is excited to once again partner with Saint Michael's Women's Ice Hockey, offering our annual Try Hockey for Free & Skate with SMC event.

The game will run from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.  Game admission is free for all ages!  Current players are encouraged to wear their youth or G4H or youth hockey jerseys so they can be easily seen in the crowd.  We will have posters and markers so fans can make signs on site to cheer on the team.  There will also be a 50/50 raffle, SMC gear for purchase, and more!

Post-game, youth of all genders ages 4 - 13 will have the opportunity to get on the ice to skate with the Purple Knights.  The post game youth skate is also free!  Participants will be  buddied with SMC players.  Current hockey players are welcome, but no skating/hockey experience is necessary.  Participants will have the opportunity to borrow skates and equipment as Vermont State Amateur Hockey Association's Try Hockey Trailer will be on site for the event and volunteers will be available to assist with equipment fitting.  Minimum equipment requirements are skates, helmet, and gloves.

Pre-registration for those participating in the on-ice event strongly recommended so we can ensure there is enough space for all.  Those interested can register below.
