G4H Summer Camp includes 2 hours of ice per day with campers grouped by age and skill level (sometimes on different ice times depending on camp size). On-ice hour 1 will focus on skill development, with hour 2 focused on competition (small area games, full-ice games, races, etc.). Goalies welcome (goalie coach available at skills sessions). Players are placed on teams throughout the week as they vie for the coveted G4H Cup. Teams will earn points throughout the week for the cup and will end the week with a full-ice game that will determine the week's winning team. Between ice sessions, players will participate in dryland training and team competitions. They will also work on team building, leadership development, and mental skills with our coaching staff and guest speakers throughout the week.
