NED Prep Clinics are designed to help high-level players prepare for New England District Futures Camp (birth years 2013 & 2014 in 2026) and New England District National Camp/Eastern Selects Tryouts (birth years 2009 - 2012 in 2026).  This clinic serves female, female-identifying and non-binary players only. 

Though all participants should be advanced players, players do NOT need to be attending these camps or tryouts to participate.  Many also use these sessions as a vehicle to prepare for upcoming spring tryouts and seasons.

Each NED Prep Clinic is 1 hour an 10 minutes in length and will consist of 1-2 warm up drills, followed by game concept-based flow drills covering areas 1 on 1's, rush plays, breakouts, odd-man situations, etc.  Players will then participate in small area and full-ice games that build on these concepts.  Participants can expect a fast-paced practice with many repetitions and shifts for each player.  Goaltenders who enroll will see a high volume of shots in a variety of situations.
