Girls High School/14U Microskills - Quick-Release Shots, Tips & Rebounds

This session is designed for female, female-identifying, and non-binary High School/14U players.  In this session, players will work on wrist shots, snap-shots, and slap shots off a pass in both quick shot and one-timer situations.  Players will also work on net-front tips and learn skills and positioning that will help them put in rebounds.  All Microskills Sessions have no more than a 4 player to 1 coach ratio to ensure plenty of feedback.
