Girls High School/14U Microskills - Shooting & Goal Scoring

This session is designed for female, female-identifying and non-binary High School/14U players looking to improve their shot.  We will spend the beginning of this session reviewing different shot types (wrist, snap, flip - slap only as time allows) and techniques before practicing each shot type in drills for shot accuracy, power, and quick release.  The second half of the session will consist of drills that will focus on players making an appropriate shot selection depending on the situation.  Players will also have the opportunity to shoot on goaltenders.  All Microskills Sessions have no more than a 4 player to 1 coach ratio to ensure plenty of feedback.
