Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, G4H coaches will be sharing videos of drills that players can do at home to keep their skills sharp during their time off the ice.  Drills will include aspects of the core 4 skills and hockey-related conditioning activities that will keep players active and thinking about hockey during this difficult time.  

 

Players who do these drills and have access to social media are encouraged to share pictures and videos tagging @girls4hockey and using #hockeyathome to help promote the Hockey at Home initiative and to share their hard work with the G4H community in an effort to keep everyone connected.
